  Overpriced shipping, poorly packed and labeled box, lost in shipping, arrived late with damaged box and missing items, refused to refund unless all items shipped back while not all items were received.

  The buyer is a crook!! Yes, the box was damaged in transit b/c of USPS poor service but nothing was lost or damaged. There're reasons why USPS has lost 6.5 billion dollars last year and 10.5 billions this. I provided more than enough evidence, including emails I exchanged with USPS, that the buyer is lying but they still want a refund. Today, 12/10, eBay tried to charge my Capital1 card for $210.01 w/o my approval. How nice! I am truly thinking of taking them to court. Class action lawsuit?
