very smooth under pressure FK1000
Great feel and very solid. It has the smoothness of older stradics. The drag is smooth, and under the pressure of fighting a fish the retrieve has great power and evenness.
Nice looking reel, light weight and solid feeling.

Great strength for a light rod
This rod has a nice feel to it, with plenty of backbone and a super sensitive tip section. Even though the rod has a nice parabolic bend when the heaviest pressure is applied, it still has a fast sensitive action before it gets into the backbone. The guides are high quality and the placement is well thought out. The handle is solid and very comfortable.
Even though it's 2 pieces it feels like a 1 piece rod. Recommended for bass, panfish, and trout.
