Look for a better built / reliable player.

I would avoid this model. It just doesn't read the CDs more often than not. It's not because of CD format or anything, it's just something about this model that needs you to open the tray and close it again to let the machine try until it reads it. And it also misses CDs when going from 1 to 2 to 3, etc. When it works though, it's a good player. *shrug*

I prefer DJ turntables for listening, even though I don't DJ. For me, it's perfect.
