Compact with all you need for weigh-in shipping.
Sleek, compact unit. Fits on the corner of my desk for quick weigh-ins on my eBay mailings. A lot quicker and less cumbersome that the old spring-loaded units.

    Tweaking the learning curve.
First off, the book is a gift for my 9 year-old grandson. He and I have been playing chess for over a year. He's been advancing nicely and can probably beat his Dad at chess already. I'm looking forward to the day that he will beat me. This book will undoubtedly speed that process along.

Comedic look at 19th century trades
Old time parlor card game with comical illustrations depicting trades of the 19th century. I suspect the illustrations were done by the infamous Thomas Nast. Alas, nothing on the cards or box to support my supposition other than the stylized renderings themselves. A joy to look at, to think back upon and to admire.
