Waste of money! its not a healthy supplement, its toxic candy made with corn syrup
The makers of this product foolishly added corn syrup, which totally wipes out any nutrients and is toxic to the body

I do not recommend this metal prog hair pick for fine or thin hair
Altho it's made well, I was disappointed. It may work for course hair that is strong enough to take the severeness of un-yielding metal prongs. But it did not work for detangling my fine thin hair. I threw it away! And will keep using my plastic hair pick that has more give when picking out tangles and doesn't break the hair.
