Nic-Out Review
I've been using NO's for about 5 yrs. Occasionally I get one that doesn't work, but the majority of the time they're great. I always enjoy explaining to people what the BLACK STUFF is! They're always surprised and happy I use them.
If I choose to smoke I want to make sure I am doing it in the safest way - my answer is Nic-Out.
