A keeper
Not tested in the field yet, but initial impression is that this is an awesome sleeping bag and definitely a keeper. Of course a little heavier and bulkier than some other bags, but it's a compromise with sleeping bags. It still packs down fairly small and 1.6kg is reasonably light considering the warmth and features of this bag. The expansion feature is a genius idea and sets this bag apart. I'm sure this will become my go to spring to autumn bag.

Misleading
1 of 2 found this helpful Positives:
Spacious bag. Well made. Pack size and weight.
Negatives:
Temperature rating is wrong.
Terrible zip. Not smooth and catches.
Inside lining not soft
Misleading description, which borders on dishonest in that the down half of the bag is a mixture of cheap feathers, and poor low quality down. Also it slips down the baffles leaving no insulation above you. It's a summer/early autumn bag. Used at 600m altitude in Scotland, low of 7 degrees. With a thermal mat, clothes and warm when i got in the bag but woke up extremely cold. There is a sneaky disclaimer on a small label stitched into the bag. Would only consider using it in summer but sticking with my Vango.
Rating 2.5 'Unsatisfactory' mainly because of incorrect temperature rating and misleading description.

Not for Gibson Les Paul
Not the correct thickness for a Gibson Les Paul which has a standard thickness of 5mm, whereas this nut is 6mm. Whilst I expect to sometimes have to sand the base of a bone nut in order to achieve the correct height, I would not expect it to be necessary to reduce the thickness of a nut described as fitting a Les Paul. Otherwise quite a decent quality nut.
