Good buy
This is my first SWR meter so I can't say how it compares to others. It is easy to use and helped me sort my small collection of VHF/UHF antennae into those that are good and those that are not. The included adapters are important and less expensive than if they'd been purchased separately.
I haven't had enough experience to comment on the accuracy of the readings but it is very good for comparison purposes between antennae for both SWR and power output efficiency.
It's far too early to say anything about durability , but it seems solid enough. I don't know what to expect for battery life -- typically, it would be used only for a few minutes at a time and then stored for a while.
Double check the adapter type that you need if you buy one of these. I'm a new Ham and don't yet have a bin full of odd adapters so it took a bit of improvising to check my mobile antennae. The included adapters are perfect for my handhelds, though.

Nice device, poor software
Garmin has been around long enough that you think they might have a couple of programmers on staff. Clearly not so. The app isn't compatible with either of our phones, both garden variety Samsung, and the Bluetooth gets hopelessly messed up on the phone. I didn't expect square wheels.

Good value for beginner
1 of 1 found this helpful Lots of fun. More presets and user patches than I can keep track of. The only downside is the 60Hz buzz if I use the power supply or an amp that runs on mains power. Sounds way better running on batteries and hooked up to my battery powered microCube amp. Way cheaper than buying separate pedals. Can't comment on durability yet.
