Perfect fit.
Fits fob perfectly. Only negative is that there is no cutout on the back to show the Cadillac emblem on the fob.

Just okay.
Worked okay, but took a lot of adjustment with vcr tracking. Still some lines in digital picture that were not seen on the vcr to tv image.
