  I have tried twice to contact the seller to alert them that the packaging was in adequate and one of these beautiful glasses came in broken. They have never responded to my request for a refund for the one glass. I told them that I would be forced to leave a feedback on the page if they did not reply to my request. I am doing so now. This is an unfortunate situation, but the glass was $60 and I think it’s only fair that if it was in adequately packaged that I’d be refunded.

  Beautiful historical piece of art. I had issues with the lack of communication of this seller. Item was not packaged properly by the seller, so the item arrived damaged. Tried to communicate this issue to seller for resolution. Seller would not respond to my inquiry. I do not recommend this seller due to his practice of not communicating with their customers.
