wont buy again do to mounting
2 of 2 found this helpful the brackets do not allow you to lower the step down in other words they are almost the same height as the original step on the 1983 ford Econoline. if you were to mount as listed you would only have the step about 2 inches out from the body making it hard to step on when getting out of the van. as it is they are a good looking board and the quality is good; I have decided to keep. I'm in the process of making my own brackets. check out the pictures and you will see what I' talking about.

perfect fit
nice to get things that fit without having to modify, eill purchase other items in the future.
