Godmother keyring- it's a great present for a godchild to give for his/her godmother's birthday or Mother's Day as a thoughtful love you and thank u
I was looking for just a little something that my daughter could send her godmother to let her know that she loves her and thinks of her with love and affection. Godparents can be overlooked as the years go by but it really is a special role and should foster a special relationship. This is much better than just sending a greeting card and can be useful for that spare house or car key. It made my daughter's godmother feel so special that she showed it to all her friends at Book Club. Sadly, several of them said, "I never get anything from my godchildren." This won't break the bank so just buy one and make someone's day.

DOGS!
If you love dogs, as anyone who has ever encountered one for any length of time must, you will thoroughly enjoy this book. It consists of dog sketches with a brief story about each dog who appears in the book. They are delightfully drawn, expressing so much personality and character. They were sketched as Lucy Dawson saw them- doing what dogs love to do- running, napping, enjoying life. Each page will make you smile. In fact, I was tempted to extract a few pages in order to frame them and hang them where they could be enjoyed by more than just me! The only "bad" thing about the book? All these charming little pupsters that appear in it are now long gone, but, fortunately remembered forever, as Lucy saw them.

Skagen watch
1 of 1 found this helpful Bought my first Skagen watch @30 years ago, still use it and love it. Although it remains stylish after all these years, I thought it was time for another! This new one is a great watch as well. Love the simple dial without numbers and the stainless mesh band- never needs replacing! A very attractive and practical feature is the slim profile- makes it so easy to slip in and out of sweaters, jackets, etc. without catching or snagging your clothes. Big, chunky watches are just not for me, nor are they my idea of stylish. It's so slim and light that you forget you're wearing it! I've had so many compliments on this new watch and I had 30 years of compliments on my "old" one. I hope Skagen sticks to its great design and doesn't "go big". Slim, clean lines, without a lot of "stuff" is best. It's a great looking watch.
