240PCS Heat Shrink Wire Connectors Assortment Crimp Terminals Marine Case Kit

Unfit for Intended Purpose

I have a ratchet style crimping tool and have crimped many other terminal connectors successfully. The metal used in these terminal connects is too think and too soft to achieve a secure crimp. I tried crimping about a dozen connectors using the ratchet crimper and an appropriate sized wire but could not get a single crimp to hold beyond a light pull on the connection. These terminal connectors are worthless and unfit for their intended purpose.

Good for some applications but not for a motorcycle lift.

While this lift does the job I bought it for, the tolerances are very loose which makes unstable when extended very far. I added spacers to the axles to move the wheels out further and then bolted 2 of the lifts to the underside of my workbench so that I could raise it and move it. It is stable enough for my purpose but I would not lift my motorcycle with it in its shipped form which is why I don't consider it a good value or of good quality but recommend it. Consider first whether there will be something external stabilizing whatever is lifted and not rely on just the lift itself for stability.
