Excellent heavy duty machine
5 of 5 found this helpful I like this heavy duty sewing machine. The aluminum base feels great and adds a bit more weight to the machine so it doesn't vibrate when sewing. The black hd1000 also comes with additional accessories which are a great value, the waking foot, Teflon foot, 2 patterns, stickers and a hard cover. The white HD1000 looks great but I think the accessories really adds value to this package; although the machine is stunning in black. Would buy this again, especially if you need a basic machine that can handle any project such as quilting or bag making.

Average scissors, they cut OK. They are good all purpose scissors. I've seen reviews for this pair for cutting fabrics. I've found them to be subpar for that. I use them as household shears now.
