  I ordered an item described at yellow giraffe. It is actually a pink fabric. The listing did not mention pink, thw photos didn't clearly show a pink color. When contacting the seller, I was advised that I received the item as photographed. Instead of any attempt to resolve, the seller was less than polite. This item was clearly not described properly and I definitely could return it, but I'll just hold onto it. The price was good.

  Not only did they take forever to ship it out, when it arrived it came in a plastic packaging (which should never be done for electronics) and when I opened it, the tablet was shattered. They made me believe this item was open box and basically new. Extremely disappointing. I tried to contact them and I have yet to hear from them. I got this tablet on Thursday and it’s now Sunday and nothing. It’s apparent to me that they don’t give a d*** about the trash they sent me, eBay can step in now.
