good product good customer service
Easy to get things connected. There are lots of video resources for help. There are also on line manuals and other information about how to use the nvr. The techs that helped me get thing going were friendly and knowledgeable. It is nice to not have to have a monthly service charge for surveillance. I can check the cameras on my house anywhere in the world as long as I have wifi. I highly recommend Lorex.

casing is very thin
I ran the wire for some security cameras. The outer sheathing on both of the wires I purchased tore, pulled away from the connection to the plug. Fortunately, the interior wire integrity was not compromised.

great audio card
2 of 2 found this helpful amplifier to asus card with rca jacks is what I wanted. great sound is what I got. headphone amp is terrific - as well as being able to switch back and forth between 2 channel and headphone with desktop software is very convenient! no problem with windows 10 software or Norton security.
