disposable
I keep buying these 780 because that is what the gps holder on my motorcycle fits. They are so cheap that they are disposable. The holder cost more then the gps. They don't like the rain so as soon as they get wet they are done. They interface with my radio and phone and that is what I really need.

You could do better
Mine was bought used. There is a hum that would be unacceptable for filming or recording music. The preamp is weak even with condenser microphones and phantom power. The Phantom power puts even more hum in.

No interference at all
No hum, no hiss, went threw walls and floors and up the street. I'm getting another one with a different channel.
