  Unfortunately item came broken which I understand happens sometimes, when I contacted the seller with a photo they replied in good time but refused a refund but said they would send a new packet out where I'd have to cover postage, unfortunately this is useless to me as it wouldn't arrive in time for my daughters 1st birthday. As you can imagine my daughter turning one is an emotional time and this has upset me so unable to give good feedback

  If you would have notified me the day they arrived (instead of four days later) I could have arrange to send a replacement to arrive in time and could have been able to claim the damages from the courier. Something to bear in mind in the future.
