The only thing that does it for me
1 of 1 found this helpful I first tried this product many years ago when it was available in the UK. It was the only anti-dandruff product that actually worked for me. Then it went off the Market here. I experimented with hundreds of other brands, never really satisfied. I have now purchased this several times from USA via eBay, and it’s is worth every penny. Thank goodness I’ve found it again!

Inulin
Saw it on an Insomnia programme. Whether it is psychological or the placebo effect, I certainly am sleeping better after using it!

Do they work.
Whether it is the placebo effect, or whether they are actually helping my brain not to work overtime at night, I don't mind, as I believe I am getting a better night's sleep since using them.
