Item (a Catalog) was purchased on Nov 22, with a delivery date of Dec 3. Now, three weeks later the item shows no indication of being shipped. I reached out to the seller three times with no response over the past 4 days (its over 24 hrs since the last message I sent). I simply requested status. If lost in the mail, that is one thing and out of the seller's control. But no indication of being shipped and no responses to messages is another thing all together.

Good Prodyct - Good Price

Very pleased with the tool products. I just don't care for the dual size end wrenched. Their a little thin and with 2 sizes at each end it's just not the solid feel I like. But the value for dollar is very good and it works very well.
