1 of 1 found this helpful Using older printers on Windows 7 that are not USB are headaches. This will resolve that issue. This alone will not solve the issue you need to research the internet if your printers install as dot4 printers instead of LPT printers.
If you do this you will not have to constantly have to reinstall your printer or restart because you have older printers. I use HP4100 printers and this is great.
