the best when used with the gh grow and bloom and a bottle should last a year as long as u dont spill it ...i water my garden every week with a 5 gallon bucket. so that one bottle should last a year or so and with the recommended dosage my plants stay nice and green and grow very big and tall with huge leaves . i would never use anything else ever again even tho miracle grows owns them now or merged idk .. :( ..its still the same product , same ingredients and i would never ever use miracle grow for anything .

the best ..doesnt leave your hair feeling like straw
the best if u have hard water and great for using after swimming in pools and the ocean gets all that crap out of your hair and leaves my hair super soft even with a filter in my shower nothing works like this shampoo. also , i use it like as a pre wash before my regular shampoo .
