Disappointing
Good enough to pick up odd bits of slang if one is scared to death of doing bad things to their search history by looking similar words up on the web. But the text is casually sexist in a way I find off-putting. Occasional etymology notes are fun, but the bulk of it gave me flashbacks to the visceral disgust of my high school. The International Dictionary of Obscenities is much better for expanding one's capacity to be offensive and feel slightly smarter for having read it, not dumber.

Good headphones. May get more for friends.
1 of 1 found this helpful These headphones met and surpassed my expectations. They came with a 1/4 inch adaptor which screws onto the 1/8 inch jack. That was a nice surprise. Also, lots of Ebay headphones boast "extra base" as a creature. These offer ballance, which is important to me when I'm trying to mix my music. The only fault I could find is adjusting the width for headsize takes effort. Need a screwdriver to fuss with that.
