Very Helpful
Joe Friel is regarded as one of the pioneers in triathlon coaching and training. He breaks down the science and art of triathlon that gives rookies the advice and direction they need to start off on the right foot (fast!!). This books does a great job of simplifying and organizing ideas and principles to help the reader get the most of their effort and training while preparing for that first triathlon.

Harder than before, but a REFINED harshness....
This is a GREAT disc. After the disappointment of "FASO LATIDO-n't", and the impressive last album, the boys from ASL have come through BIG TIME! This new album is harder and healthier than any of the band's previous albums. I am not a huge fan of the "Toxic" track on the album but the 'Scavenger' and 'The Prestige' tracks are mind numbing melodies!! Do yourself a favor ASL Fans....get this disc, yesterday!!

Comfortable and very clear
I got a pretty killer deal on these Oakley Scuderia and they were worth EVERY penny!! With such high prices.....I am not usually a Oakley person and I am definitely not a (Ferrari) Scuderia person (yet). I saw the sunglasses in an ad and they looked very nice and comfortable. I've had a couple other pairs of Oakley sunglasses over the last 20 years but nothing like these. I tried on a pair of $360 Serengeti sunglasses on at a local shop and they were as nice as the Oakley Scuderia but not as comfortable. I saw the MSRP on these hang at almost $300 on the high end. I read several reviews and people really seemed the like them and felt they were a good value. The quality of these sunglasses is superb! I've had several pairs of Bolle and RayBan sunglasses over the years and they are a great quality that will last. I wanted a nice pair of sunglasses that will last and a good deal at the same time. I found that with these Oakley Scuderia.
