My $300 headset is like new for about $5 USD? Great idea. Did fuss getting the new pads to snap in, but once I got the hang of it, went quite well.
PETZL MYO RXP (E87 P2) HEADLAMP - UP TO 205 LUMENS - PROGRAMMABLE - BRAND NEW

Have had great success with it.
Comparing it with the Black Diamond Icon:
Programmable feature nice, so no need to use an Icon dimming feature each time. If you lose the instructions, the manual is available online. I set it up for lowest, highest and strobe, so for most things, the first click is nice. With the Icon and others you have to multi click or dim each time you turn it on. PITA.
Lightest level for reading Myo is perfect.
Petzl light tilt goes lower than the Icon for reading. Icon does not tilt forward enough so one reads or works with light above the object of interest--not a great design. No, my head does not slope back much and I am much too old to be a Zika baby.
Disperser of Myo for focused or unfocused beam works well, a much better coverage in dispersed mode than the Icon. And much better focused beam.
No complaints with battery life with either model.
Straps on Myo lose their elasticity over time but Karst Sports sells replacements online. Probably the same issue with any of them.
Icon has 4 AA batteries, the Myo only 3 AA.
Mao has held up well with steady use for years. Others report the Icon holds up well too.

6 year old laptop well maintained and runs quite well
For about 10% of the new price, 6 years later, get a great desktop replacement with a huge drive, nice display, wifi, dvd, useful ports, etc. What's not to like. The supplier advertised it as functional and indeed it was. Also, cosmetically it was great.
