  Bad experience with poor communication. I purchased this item from the seller as a special gift. The seller sent the item ground shipping with USPS and the package was lost. It should have been shipped priority or higher. The seller did not always respond to my questions during the 30 days I had to wait and wouldn’t provide me with shipping information so I could file a lost mail claim. The seller also didn’t provide EBay with valid shipping information and so I was ultimately refunded.
