  Item arrived in envelope clearly marked “DO NOT BEND” but id!0t postie folded it in half & crammed it in the letterbox. Book was completely munted, which is a shame b/c I was looking forward to sharing with my kids for Xmas. I do feel like it should have at least been packed in bubble wrap instead of simply being wrapped in cling wrap & placed in an envelope, but I blame the postie for failing his one job.
