Good value, but read the specifications carefully.

When I purchased 3 pieces, I noticed the 5% DVM specification, but hoped for better performance on new units. Upon testing, 2 were 0.3 volts off DVM reading, one was off 0.6 volts. All were reading high,in spec's. A 5% error level is not good for many applications. DVM is not adjustable for calibration.

This item requires a downward force on top of the jar, to allow the blender to operate. My guess is that the seal ring is too firm to compress without some force from the top. The bearing friction is so quiet when hand spun that I suspect sleeve bearings, not ball bearings. BUT, it works OK today.
