Would cost too much to send back
5 of 5 found this helpful The seat is harder than I would like it to be comfortable. I thought the seat itself would tilt back then going into the farthest reclining position. It does not. The back will tilt a little farther than an airline seat and the foot board is just above the level of the coffee table as it reaches over it, but not up. Basically, if I have been in my office chair at all during the day I don't go here for comfort. Just disappointed that I wasted my money and settled for the brown color on top of it.
