Used this product for years
Needed a refill for the roller and this is the brand I've always had. Don't use it quite as much since we retired - don't wear suits to work any more, but needed it for a fluff disaster in the washing machine when it rose to the challenge!

Bigger than it looks or 'mini me' name suggests
The instructions with the machine are all pictorial and not brilliant to be honest, but if you download the manual from the manufacturer (seems like De Longhi now make this model) they are much better as they have words as well. The drip tray can be adjusted to different heights using the notches depending on the size of cup you are using. The amount of water is adjusted using the sliding scale. Usefully you can buy the capsules in supermarkets and other outlets unlike the Nespresso capsules that are not so easily available. I bought it for a holiday home so it has yet to be tested by guests.

Trying to use less single use plastic
Great to have refills using less single use plastic than buying a new bottle every time. To be honest if I could buy the refills in my local supermarket, I would.
