vascular skin dryness
I have vascular disease in my lower extremities, If I don't keep my feet and ankles well lubricated, the skin breaks open and causes venus stasis ulcers. Using this lotion, twice a day, I have not had any problems You can't buy it off the rack, you need to go to podiatrist or special order. E Bay was much easier, and cheaper
I also apply before I put on my compression hose. Yes, I wear them every day
