    Seller sent an item different than the one in their listing. Fought tooth & nail arguing me that I was wrong. Could’ve taken it gracefully, but chose to fight. Seller misled, not on purpose, but then made it an issue by telling me it was my fault. Hard pass.

Works really well. Only drawback is that the clips to attach the straps are these kinda weird metal buckles. I was expecting the normal plastic quick release clips. I am certain that these metal clips ensure a safer ride and make my dog more secure in the car and on walks - but I have to say that it does take quite a bit more time to get him into the harness due to these weird clips. They are a lot more clumsy than the normal plastic quick clips that are on most harnesses. However, as I have now been using the harness for several days, I have gotten more used to it - it is getting a bit easier, but still not as easy as the normal plastic ones. I am NOT saying it is a deal breaker at all. I just wanted to mention it so it didn’t surprise you as much as it did me. Don’t get me wrong - it’s really a great harness.
