Amazing device

I'm a natural skeptic when it comes to novel kitchen gadgets that are claimed to be the answer to all our problems, but this one really does work and is fool proof. It's sticks solidly to the worktop by suction and is very easy to use. If your knives have been allowed to get into poor shape as most of mine had, it takes a bit of time and patience to put an edge back, but it's worth the effort. It is now a pleasure to use knives that I had thought were useless and they do slice through tomatoes almost as easily as on the vid. Definitely recommend it unless you've been trained as chef or butcher in knife sharpening.
