They took our conversation out of context and failed to understand that I was unable to ship from my original location due to being in the military. Despite my circumstances, the buyer received a full refund, leaving me with a lost item and USPS issues to handle. I would have rated this experience negatively, but eBay's policy does not allow for negative feedback, which I find biased towards sellers. Thank you very much for negative feedback.

ESR RF05 wheel
The wheel was fine same as the old one. It’s the shipping that was idiot laced. They couldn’t get a wheel to the university of Memphis. The zip code that was used only applied to that ONE building and FedEx couldn’t manage it. Then we tried to get them to hold it so we could pickup the wheel at a FedEx pickup point. It took 3 tries to get them to leave it there so my son could get his wheel. Uuuuggghhhh
