Oscar perfume.
1 of 1 found this helpful I don’t think this is a new product.. I has not been used but I believe the product has been on the shelf past its shelf life. The liquid is very dark and the scent is overpowering and not a true scent as a new product would be. I guess I should know better for a $7.00 item
