Carb counting
Very helpful. Lots of info on fresh, brand name and restaurant foods. Easy to look up items. I would reccomend this book to anyone that must watch their carbs.

Plantronics m220c
Sits outside of the ear. Sound quality is good. Sounds clear to the person you are calling. The wire is flexible but is holding up well. I have 3 of these that get used daily. Tried 2 other brands that were replaced within 2 weeks. I would have liked an on/switch built in. Store cost is around $20 but can be found for less than $10 on Ebay.

Another Bowl Of Kapusta
I bought this book after having met Mr. Dulias at an air show. I thought that the book would have been more about the period of life during the world war II era. The flow of the biography seemed to jump around out of sequence and focus a bit too much for my liking. Not a bad book but not a must read either.
