No Engine Light
4 of 4 found this helpful I have a 2009 Jeep Patriot. This is the first locking gas cap that sealed properly. I have been using it for 2 weeks and the engine light has not come on. Other locking gas caps caused the engine light to come on within 2-3 days. You do not need the key to lock it, only to unlock it. After fueling, just put the cap on and give it 3 turns (It will make a clicking noise). That will lock it. You can test the lock by turning the cap counterclockwise. I may buy another one to have as a spare.

My sister loves this mask.
My sister loves this mask. It's the only one she'll wear.
