Needed replacement paper tray for older Ricoh multi func laser printer.
Was skeptical ordering this replacement paper tray from ebay. Called Ricoh and they could only supply it if I went through one of their authorized services companies, although the phone service person was very helpful suggesting what I was about to do would probably be good choice since the description from ebay sounded exact. Ordered...came quickly..free shpg. Surprised to find exact replacement at the low cost. Arrived v well packed, perfect match, same paint color, exact same tray, works perfect. Will look to ebay in the future as need certain items.
