completely silent
At first I thought I would have to send it back because it didn't work. But it was so quit and I started to read the instructions and it said no moving parts. So I put one boot on and after 30 min. the one on the dryer was definitely warmer. My husband uses it every night and said his boots are always dry and warm in the morning. We live in ND so that is nice in the winter. If I would change anything, wish it had an on/off switch instead of plugging and out every time.
