Raw Apple Cider Vinegar Tea
1 of 1 found this helpful After reading a lot on the benefits of raw apple cider vinegar I decided to buy some and consume it in a tea. Four ounces of hot water, a table spoon of vinegar and a tablespoon of honey (raw) and it becomes very palatable. I'm aching less already and my appetite has decreased. I don't see myself stopping the drinking of this anytime soon or ever.
