eds improvement in design
I just received this in mail today and as soon as I took it from the box my 4 month old puppy decided it was a toy. I thought by looking at the picture that there was a way that the grass turf would be secured to the tray. NOT I lost a dog same breed that was paper trained to Cancer recently. Granted she was not a puppy but paper trained very easily. My biggest problem with trying to do the same with my monster puppy is she would grab the paper run with it and then find a place to shred it.I thought maybe I had solved that problem but she is lucky to weigh two pounds and was easily able to take the turf out of the tray and run through the apartment with it, with an exasperated mom on her heals. I am 70 years old and on social security so the cost by the time I paid shipping it
was a chunk out of an already very tight budget. Is there a way to get my money returned?
