A little too long and too heavy, otherwise good.
0 of 1 found this helpful I made a mistake in ordering this knife, didn't realize that it's longer and heavier than what I need. However, I decided to keep it and take it to work. I work in a large kitchen. The lead cook is a friend. The knives they have there are not very sharp and are a pain to use. So she and I share this knife. I found another one that's 7" and shorter, which I'll use at home.
