Dissatisfaction with the delivery
For quality and performance I would expect from a Lucas product but what was not made clear at the time of purchasing was the extra cost for delivery to Highland region ( £20 )even though Highland was listed as a free delivery area.Dispach was not done until I payed the extra cash.This meant that I lost the use of my vehicle for longer than necessary.
