Works really well with Apple Music on an iPhone
3 of 3 found this helpful Originally I had heard that the functionality was more in line with android phones when using pandora or Spotify (no mention of Apple Music) and that you needed to use the USB for iPhones but I discovered that it does everything I needed it to and does it very well. Here is the things I found particularly good about this unit.
- It displays the song names,
- lets you skip the track or go back all over Bluetooth.
- If you turn the car off the phone will automatically pause the song and when return to the car after about 15-20 seconds after it pairs again it will play the song exactly where you left off (or whatever song you were listening too on your phone) and you don’t even have to touch the phone at all for it to do that.
- you can pair two phones and switch to either with the push of a few buttons but technically both stay paired at the same time so if one receives a phone call and you have the Bluetooth mic installed you can push the call button and it will pause the music and answer the call hands free.
-you can fine tune the settings to produce the sound you are looking for.
-the only thing that is a little bit annoying is the clock doesn’t show up when playing music so you would have to add another clock or turn off the music to see the time.
Overall for the price you can’t beat it! An excellent, simple, properly designed single din unit for modern day technology.
