Print Head
My Canon S450 died almost a year ago. All it needed were new print heads - gee - almost 10 years on them and they stopped working. Actually the Canon products are well made and last a long time. So the item shown is actually a print head and ink (large) for black.
There is also a similar BC-31E for the 3 colors. I just popped the lever, plunked it in, and did a print head alignment, and it worked fine.
Product arrived soon after I ordered it, and was in sealed, original condition.

This was for another person who did not have Internet access for a while.
It would need to be brought to a locksmith or dealer to be programmed.
