Fits
Put them on my 2006 Honda Shadow VT600 CD. Fit great and went on fine, "with 2 sets of hands." I have a sissy bar and I recommend someone helping with the installation, not difficult just helps with lining up holes and holding parts.
Wish they were a bit larger but works just fine with my saddlebags. I know you cannot see the supports in the picture but here's what the saddlebags look like with the supports installed. Pretty solid and the price was right.

Real Leather
Works great for tools and storage. Almost 1/8" thick leather.

Great to have, perfect for field charging. Price was right also.... I couldn't say no, had to buy it.
