You get what u pay for.
The double A batteries were tight in the receiver. Needed to squeeze push them in. The sender didn't send unless the back cover was off. took some fiddling to get the battery to fit so that it sent the signal when the back cover was on. Instructions were not useful, written by a non-English writer. I guess you get what u pay for.

Consistently inaccurate readings
I notice that it was giving slightly, 2%. Lower readings than I was used to. Tested it alongside to different brand oximeters and it was reading at least 2 % lower, up to 5 % lower, than the other 2 units. It also starts out at one reading and then moves down 2-5points. This is on the oxygen reading. The pulse didn't match either but I don't care about that. The other unit does not fluctuate more than 1 point if at all. I changed the batteries with no change in the performance.
Given the other units are so well reviewed maybe my unit is defective.

Expresso maker
It works as i expected. Seems to be good steel. Well designed. Am pleased. I'd had a SS expresso maker from another big Asian country and it was not made as well.
