  I apologize for your concern. I do not recall seeing a note about the shipping instructions. I have looked back through my messages and do not see a request. For years I have never received negative feedback, I'm requesting a revision on the feedback. eBay suggests that you send a message to the buyer that a revision is being requested. I hope we can come to some agreement to restore my feedback rating. If the note can be verified I will gladly refund your money . Thanks for your assistance.
