  Great communication and also, fast shipping! The item was in perfect condition, but not the one that had been described. However, the seller acknowledged they'd mistakely listed the wrong concentration and by doing so had send the wrong product after getting in contact with them and apologized. At the end of the day, they offered to give me a discount and I'd accepted it, which turned out to be for me to not have to pay any shipping charges on my next order. Thank you so much.
