Bad RJ11 connector. Will not function.

Doesn’t work unless I manually hold the connector into the radar detector just so. Obviously I can’t do that and drive. Plus knowing this even if it stayed on more than 5 seconds I’d be afraid any bump would loose connection and turn off the detector. On the plus side it arrived quick. Shame it’s non functional.
